As a participant your registration to the conference is complimentary, registration is confirmed once you complete the “Registration form”

Upload your Presentation including any videos (mp4 files) to the Dropbox Link

We require a copy of your presentation slides in PowerPoint format (16:9 ratio). Please save as your full name and company.

PANELISTS

You are NOT required to submit a visual presentation. Your session will be an open discussion between panelists and the moderator. On the day there will be live Q&A managed by the moderator. The Conference Manager will be in touch with you in the weeks leading up to the event, putting panelists in touch to formulate the panel structure/questions.

On the Day - we ask all panelists to go to the AV desk in the conference room, in the break prior to the panel to receive your lapel microphone.
